Most of us are in that place of innovating right now. We are looking at our business and we are looking at what needs to change. How do I adapt?
When you pass from employee to entrepreneur it’s a major shift in mindset. We have great opportunities and it’s about how do we show up and serve.
One of the biggest changes in leadership that’s currently happening, it’s moving away from the old paradigm of command and control toward connection and compassion.
If you don’t have trust, you won’t have a solid company.
